Navigating the Desktop App using the mouse buttons

I have a habit that stems from using a mouse with forward and back buttons. Whenever I want to go back to a page I’ve visited before, I click the button on my mouse, only to be disappointed that this action isn’t reflected in SHM.

Would it be possible to navigate the page with a single click on my device, without having to use the arrows on the navigation bar?

Categories

When I'm viewing a document (such as an article on Nodos de Aprendizaje), I'd like to have a drop-down menu with categories.

Tags

No hay cosa más útil que los tags. Hemos visto en el Máster que una database []. Además, permitirá a los demás buscar contenidos de forma más sencilla, lo que aumentará la comunidad de conocimiento significativamente.

Regarding AI Knowledge Manager

Channel system or queues by topic

With the addition of an AI agent to manage unread documents, it won’t be uncommon for the backlog to seem overwhelming at times. That’s why you could turn to support queues.

queue/design
queue/backend
queue/urgent

The agent moves documents between queues, allowing each team member to subscribe to specific queues.

Lazy consensus

The agent could automatically close decisions or discussions if there are no objections after X days.

View of «attention debt»

A dashboard where each person can see:

  • Documents you sent that haven't been replied to (your outstanding tasks)

  • Documents you should have replied to (your own tasks)

  • Response rate (for team health, not for assigning blame)

The agent should update this in real time.
