The document machine implementation (465 lines of XState v5) is content-rich but unwritten. A blog post / case study would be the single highest-signal content piece — proof that Horacio doesn't just advocate state machines, he ships them.
The Agents + State Machines sub-cluster is novel enough to attract a cross-disciplinary audience (agent engineers + frontend architects).
External hub UI with State Machines already has structured learning paths, patterns, and case studies — the Seed content should cross-reference it strategically.
2026-07-13 Update
Added new content items 1-3 based on the now-complete State Machines cluster (4 posts, 10+ docs, fully cross-linked). The hub page (#1) is the single highest-impact action — it connects everything and makes the cluster navigable. The concept page (#3) extracts a novel sub-cluster before anyone else claims it.
